I really like avocados and was curious as to what my limit should be on how many I should be eating per day? I can easily eat three in a sitting but is that too many?
When I do Keto I can usually eat around 3 daily;
One in the blender with some protein powder and coconut milk, one on a salad and one on a burger sans bread.
I love avocados. It really comes down to your macro requirements. I think for most people 1 per day is plenty but if you are on a keto diet you could fit more in.
