How long to stay keto

I am very interested in trying out the ketogenic diet, my concern is how long can you stay on it and can you tell me if i will get Diarrhea when I start it because some people say that happens. Does that mean that you should come off of it if that happens or should I keep going and it will go away

but the best way is 6 days on 1 day off to rest
you can do keto with fasting for best results

keto diet has to be ran correctly otherwise you run the risk of some issues and completly fucking it up. if done right it is one of the most natural diets you could run, but most people don't run it right
