Only bloodwork can tell for certain if you have recovered. That said time on =time off seems to be the general rule

It takes me 3 weeks after PCT before I feel 100% normal. Then I want my body to stay that way for a little while before jumping right back into a cycle so I say 2 months off (after PCT) is a good rule of thumb.

This can be tough to do since you get used to feeling like superman on-cycle and once that's over you want it back as soon as possible. But, not leaving enough time for your body to recover between cycles is asking for trouble. Ultimately you'll take longer and longer to recover; you'll grow imapatient and start another cycle because you can't recover; and eventually end up on HRT.

I only do two per year, but gaining a ton of size isn't necessarily my goal. I'm lucky to have good genes and if I eat right and train hard I stay where I want to. I also don't do huge cycles like a lot of the bors here do. I'm more of an athlete than a bodybuilder and try to keep that physique.

I think it depends on the cycle length and compounds used. A good rule of thumb is time on+pct should equal time off. That being said I've gotten bloods 8 weeks after pct from a 20 week cycle and been in normal ranges.
