Hi Guys, what would your advise be on how long should i use dianabol and how many mg a day,, i have 10mg tabs, should i take what i need to all at once or spread over 24hr,,,,, i have done 2 beginners cycles before but this is what i would class as my first real cycle my plan is 500mg sustanon week 1-12 and week 9-15 50mg a day of winstrol and week 16-20 pct,, i have brought the dianabol for a kick start until the sustanon kicks in but i am not sure how much or how long i should use the dianabol for,many thanks guys

you want to still be on the tes while running winny. Same with d bol.

you ll start tes & d bol at the same time, wk 9 of the cycle start winny too.

pickup a few bottles of N2gaurd to protect your liver, keep your BP down, prostate and so forth.


add a bottle of hcgenerate to your pct and your GTG

hi hurricane and gymrat827 thanks for your reply,,,,i was advised on here to only run the winny for 6 weeks for the last 6 weeks of my cycle and i read a thread some where saying that sustanon stays in your system for 3 weeks after i have the last injection,so i thought if i take the winny week 9 - 15 this will allow for the last 3 weeks of sustanon being in my system and the winnny cycle will be over in time to start my pct,,, is this wrong guys,,, cheers

Yeah that's very wrong.

Run the d-bol kicker as Hurricane said, that & the test should be enough. The way you have it set up you'll be on an oral almost the whole cycle.

If you are going to be running orals...please, please, please make sure you are running N2Guard at the very least. I would also consider running sarms1 S4 along side the rest of your stack.

And I hope you got a AI on hand. You need to layout exactly what you have on hand if you want the best advice
