how long should a top. yohimbine cycle last?

im using it in a 3 day on/1 day off fashion. how long should i do this for before i take a break? and how long should my break be, before i start up again?

There is no set limit to how long. However, I find that most people like 4-6weeks on with 2-4 weeks off. The two weeks allows you to see the total results as water balance should be completely restored by then, even with high doses.
btw- have you tried the yohimbine application fuel?

pour the whole container in and divide by 70 (the number or applications)- that is a quarter pippette.
which is one regular draw- ie not trying to absolutely compress the bulb to get as much as possible.

the above description allows you to make your own pre-mixed topical-


if you just want to use it to apply then go with the scoops, and then add solution to site, but try less because the solution will improve uptake.

yeah i had gotten a little confused because in your tips and tricks post i could have sworn there was a post about NOT premixing a large amount ... due to decrease in potency overtime.

1 full draw from dropper = 20mg

the reccomendation against pre-mixing was in regard to cream and aloe vera gel which would be very difficult to get an even dispersion- with respect to those it is far better not to pre-mix. However the solution can be used either way- pre mixing is nice from an ease of application and measuring standpoint.

it has about 70 applications
and it is actually more like 2.2g of yohimbine per bottle - trust me on this one.

if you squeeze the bulb casually, you should get a quarter pippette. try it.

yes shake bottle vigourously, 10-15 sec, each time before application.

If you let it sit the oil will slowly float to the top- the yohimbine will stay relatively suspended in the remainder of the ingredients- ie. it will NOT settle on bottom.

last quick ques macro, then ill shut up just applied the mixture, and it basically dryed as soon as it got to my skin. i really didnt have anything to work with for massaging .... i kneaded the skin a little bit as best i could, but thats all i could do. is that enough?
