How long shall i wait ?

Hi guys i need some advice on how long i should wait until i start my next course.
This was my first course i had test enthalate 250 i ran it for 10 weeks 2 injections a week i am thinking off moving onto teet 450 for my next course what are your thoughts any help would be appreciated
I didnt feel like test 250 give me much strength

10 weeks + 2 weeks for ester clear and 4 weeks pct, so you should minimum wait 16 weeks for the next cycle. If you planning 450mg of test for the next cycle you will definitely need aromasin

the time thing is great but you also need bloodwork, check my signature for how to get it

Time off between cycles is equal to time on plus PCT time of your last cycle. You should get blood work done about a month after your PCT to see how well you recovered.
