What do you mean "entire lift"? For example on a Deadlift, how long to pull from the ground and lock?
There's no "right time" for one lift, because you can work with different tempos. You can slow down on eccentric or concentric or both, you can pause a lift during execution and hold a few seconds in isometry.
It doesn't have right, nor wrong, nor standard. There are training and technique directed and applied to a particular goal.
