How long for test e levels to normalize

I’m on TRT 120mg/wk prescribed. I stupidly went to 200mg/wk to see if I had better “results”. Anywho, now I want to get bloods done at my correct prescription level of 120. I take test e. First shot FROM 200 TO 120 was Saturday April 18.

How soon can I get my blood work done where it will reflect accurately the new and correct 120mg/wk dose?

Two to four weeks should allow it to settle.

I'd give at least 3 weeks. 2weeks might be too short

It can take up to 4 weeks but minimum 2 weeks
