I was doing the 5 days a week thing but needed a change for a while. Now I have started a 2 day a week total body workout. Only problem I have is it takes me nearly 3 hours per session. I'm a dead man walking after that. I just need to shock my body for a while, don't know haw long this will last.
I train 6 days a week my, my workouts are between about 1 h 10min to 2 h 10min depending on how many that are with me and what day it is in term of what body part is being worked, my shortest day is Tuesdays, when I work Back/Biceps.......
