I ran 100mg Ad50/day for 4 weeks followed by 50mg/day dbol for 4 weeks and I didn't have any problems. I had my blood checked around the end and everything was normal. I'd say at 20mg you are safe for 8 weeks (I'll probably get flamed for that) as long as you take milk thistle, ALA, and drink alot of water.

That's fine, especially if he is fairly new to the game. I have friends that have done 4-5 cycle and have never gone above35mg/ day yet.

I've done d-ball at 75 mgs a day for over a year a before. I had regular blood work done and while enzyme values were elevated they were not so high my doc said stop. If you won't take the time and effort to have blood work done I would say 8 weeks is good. If you monitor yourself via blood screens you can stay on as long as you are comfy being on gear.

two my friends has taked russian dbol 8 weeks without liver protection, they drinked alcohol often week ends and still they had great gains and livers test says ok. Dont get me wrong, i dont recommend it to any bro.

20mg is really not a low dose, especially if you're beginner. I usually don't advise anyone to take Dbol for more than 4 weeks, but if you want to br risky you can take it to 8 weeks.

Just as your name says, you are fighting against the realities of the science. D-bol is liver toxic, PERIOD and at 75mg/day for a year long cycle it is suicide. If you read every frigging AAS site on the web and every Steroid book on the panet and ask every expert on D-bol, they will tell you to use half of that amount for 4-6weeks. Just because your liver enzyme values look OK doesn't mean that it doesn't get fucked up. I know people who get Angiography done and died the other day because of a heart attack. All the most dangerous sides of AAS usage will show up their faces later in your life, you won't get liver cancer right after a cycle. It is your fucking life and health just keep counting on those liver checks and keep taking 75mg/day for another year....

Yes, the liver must work to break them down. What does the liver have to break down and process on a daily basis? Pretty much every goddamn chemical in your body naturally occurring or not. It's what is does, it's what it's there for. How much stress do 17-alkylated steroids put on the liver? Some.....have you ever been told exactly how much? Probably not. I believe Mooney or Duchaine guessed one A-50 was about the same as one 12 ounce beer. Yea, one beer a day will hospitalize you by 4 or 5 weeks. Sure....O.K....I'll buy that. Yet that’s all the time it is safe to take Adrol for, just ask anyone who knows. I say bullshit! I believe blood pressure is a bigger worry for most people that do adrol or dball. Gosh, that’s real hard to monitor. How would someone do that? I've done and known people that have done adrol for extended periods of time with no problems other than having to buy new clothes. I've done dball at 75 mgs a day for up to a YEAR STRAIT, no breaks. I was having regular bloodwork done at the time. Liver enzyme levels were elevated...but not so much the docs freaked out. Is the 1 adrol = to 1 beer comparison a valid one? I don't know, and don't know anyone else that can tell you on a comparative or qualitative basis how much stress 17-alkylated steroids put on your system but firmly believe it's not the poison some would have you believe. And yes I know all too well we are all different and what is perfectly safe for one person can cause problems for others. Just my observation, your mileage may vary.

BTW, were you aware that one of the recommended treatments for people with liver disease is Anavar at 40-100 mgs a day for months? This is because advanced liver disease tends to cause wasting of muscle tissue. Yes, they prescribe a 17-AA to someone with liver disease.

thanks guys for all ur input....since im not a newbie sounds like i can get away with at least 8 weeks at 20mg ed and after i get my liver enzymes checked i will see if im in good enough shape to stay on a bit longer.....i agree with defying gravity. let the conclusive blood work be the deciding factor on how long u stay on not hear say and what a particular book states as fact. if that was the case people would still be running around thinking the dam world is flat.

OK I am new to steroids but I do have good common sense. Just about all the experts recommend 4-6 weeks. These are people with lots of degrees and experience. Yet Defyinggravity on the chatboard says it is OK to do it longer. I'm not knocking Gravity, but come on, who do you think is right?

I'm not sure what "experts" quoted 4-6 weeks. Dan Duchaine himself listed a deca/dball stack that was given as a low dose all year cycle in one of his books. Tell a competitor in bodybuilding or powerlifting that they must only do orals for 4 weeks. HAH! You will get laughed at. People that recommend this short EXTREMELY cautious route are just trying to be 100% safe and this accomplishes that. It does however ignore the actual safety record of 17-AA's. LOTS of people do HUGE doses for long periods of time with zero problems. Read a PDR listing all the side effects for oral and injectable gear and if you took it at face value you would never touch the stuff. What they are listing is what COULD happen. Not what usually occurs. Of course you would never take a cold capsule or asprin also if you read and believed all the potential side effects. What could happen is not what does happen in real world use. By reading what some people belive about orals I am amazed they take them at all. They truly think they are poison. If I thought they were that toxic I wouldn't use them at all. Take some d-ball, go see your doctor and ask to have a liver screen done then tell me what you think then.

defying gravity---your words of wisdom are only matched by ur patience with the nay sayers on the board. i for one am with u in that it is stupid to blindly follow dosage suggestions as concrete from anyone. instead of playing follow the leader we should each evaluate what it is we are trying to accomplish and go from there. im a competitive bodybuilder and i will tell u that if i was not competeing my doseage and cycle lengths would not be near what im doing now. but when u are competeing and trying to get the most out of ur body u have to push the envelope on what is recommended and what YOUR body can actually handle...so its an individual thing not something u just read about in anabolic 2002 and follow as law. if i did that i would look like every other shmuck in the gym spinning his wheels and getting no where. show some individuality people!!!!

I would stop at 6-8 weeks MAX. Most time I do 4-6 weeks with orals.

Oral toxicity is often exaggerated. However I prefer to use them in short bursts. Instead of say 50mg dbol for 6 weeks I recommend 3 weeks at 30-40mg then 2-3 weeks off and another 3 weeks at 50-60mg. The time off gives the liver a break and keeps things fresh.

Some bros run it for years at low doses 10mg give or take. Im currently running a 10mg dbol bridge after a 12 week sust250 and eq200 / once week

The dbol i have is 25mg i take half upon waking and train an hr bfore. Amazing pumps strength and focus on this teensy weensy dose

Gona run it 8 weeks then start another low dose cycle. Not doing any pct btw.
