How keepable are the endurance gains from GW-50?

Just like Dylan said, if your are consistent and work hard, you'll keep the gains! Great way to gain fitness in the offseason and make that transition.

But be careful if you get WADA tested, I hear there is a new test which can detect the metabolites in urine, which stay in the body for a while--despite SARMS short half life.
 
The added endurance benefit will diminish when coming off of GW, but I usually end up with better endurance after running it than before I started ....and the fat loss from it is 100% keepable

yea it will benefit will decrease but your endurance will still have gone up from all the dam cardio you do while on it.That has been my experience anyways, i have increased my cardio so much because of gw, even when i come off, its still WAY higher then it was before i ever touched the stuff.
 
are you asking is your endurance levels going to stay as high on gw on compared to off? absolutely not.. unless im misunderstanding your question?
