How is this routine while on cycle? Help!

Hey everyone! I'm currently running Test Ace + Prop 100mg each eod (for bulking), this is the second week of the cycle.

I would like to hear some opinions on this training routine for the cycle, I'm looking for pure Hypertrophy without any strength gains.

A - Chest & Back
Incline bench press - 4x15,12,10,8
Incline flys - 4x12-15
Dips - 4xMAX
Pec deck 4x15 (last set triple drop set)
Seated cable row - 4x15
Lat pulldown 4x12-15
Close grip pulldown 4x12-15
Barbell over rows 4x12-15

B - Legs
Front Squat 4x15,12,10,8
Leg press 4x12-15
Stiff deadlift 4x12-15
Calves 4x15-20
*Abs

C - Biceps + Triceps + Shoulders
3 Biceps exercises 4x12-15 each
3 Triceps exercises 4x12-15 each
4 Shoulders exercises 4x12-15 each

Followed by rest day with cardio, repeat! :jenscat
 
Sound quite good to me. I am also considering to run similar training split .
My probably will be :
A: Chest/Back
B: Biceps /Triceps
C: Shoulders/Legs.

But about yours training I think rep ranger above 12 are contraproductive. Good for warm-ups but for most of your working sets stick with 8-12. In my opinion 12-10 for strong body parts and mostly 8-10 for weaker lagging body parts.

And if you want to gain as much as possible, try to limit cardio. I rather do little cardio after my strong body part training session (whatever you like, I prefer HIIT for 15 min with 5 w-up and cool down.) and let rest and grow your body during rest day. 3 on 1 of is high frequency training, so with or without gear you need rest and good nutrition !
