Does picking up women after a minute of talking to them, only work if you are attractive/good-looking ? Or will it work with an average joe like me? I'm willing to approach a more average looking girl if necessary, to increase my odds.

evansteven, here's another tip. ditch hanging with the church crowd.
go explore minneapolis or whatever large city is nearby. coffe shops, barrooms,
moviehouses, etc.

I'm not saying ditch your faith or morals, but ditch that crowd of peeps,
at least for a night or two. You need to explore to find a group of peeps
that you feel comfortable with. It doesn't seem like the crowd your
are running with fits your interest/personality...

it's like someone always asking questions about training but never actually doing it, instead you go and check out gyms and never sign up for a membership. You dont even talk to the staff or ask them anything.

that's what he's doing, therefor leading him to ask the same god damn questions in every single one of his threads.

It's like going in the training forum and asking stuff like how much do I bench?? shit, i dont know go find out, how much do I have to weight to bench 350? if I have never benched before how much do you think I'll bench if I actually go to the gym.

Yeah, I get what you are saying. I'm not really running with that much of a crowd right now, but the people who I do hang with from time to time have different interests than me. The church crowd I only hang out with in the summer really. Currently I'm hangin out with some old highschool buds mainly.

Yeah, I need to get out and explore more. I'm sure if I had at least one night in the club, I could walk away at least having gotten something.
You recommend going clubbing alone? Because I have contemplated it, but I always refrain and tell myself to wait until I find a group that wants to go.

I'm not sure where I'll find a new crowd (like I couldnt just see myself making friends with people at a coffee-shop), but yeah if I found a new crowd that was down for clubbing and shit, that would be tight. Just not really sure where to find that new group of friends.

I get approached almost any time I go out. I think its more about attitude and confidence...although you should be at least somewhat attractive I'd guess.
