Im 5'7" 18 years old weight 155 lbs. at about 13% bf and i want to get down around 6% bf which would put me at i think 144.
I was wondering how long it would take. I know u can loose 2 lbs. a day, but i also know the lower my bf % is, the longer it will take.
I was reading about Mr. X's peanut butter diet thread and i decided i would give it a try. I eat 6 meals a day and throw in 18 egg whites which gives me 60 cal of protein at 1800 calories which i think might be a little high not to sure?
For my workout i do the 5x5 mon, wed, fri. On tue, thu, and sat I i run for 45 min and do abs for about 30.
I was wondering if anyone could give me tips or just anything to help thanks alot!
