How fit can women get without supplements.

As title says I'm just curious as to how "in shape" a girl can get without any supplements. Do they rly need fat burners to get past those lower bf percentages? And is testosterone a must?
 
first off testosterone is not a must...at all

second, as far as fat burners go.. in my honest opinion, i don't believe they are.. i believe as long as your diet and training are spot-on, you'll do fine.. it's not until you want to compete/get into the low bodyfat %'s that you'll need hardcore supplementation...

a main factor with this, though, is if the individual has any health issues that might prevent her from getting "fit" like thyroid disorders and such. then some help (medical help, that is) is needed. but if you're a healthy girl there's no reason you can't get hot and fit with strict diet and hardcore training.
 
Testosterone is not for women for the most part. There are exceptions for some... pro bodybuilding etc. There are A LOT of risks with it.
Fat burners probably aren't used by most people on this forum. How you eat determines how lean you get.
You don't need supplements at all. In fact, they are just what they are called: a "supplement" to whole foods. If you have your meal plan down you don't need any supplements. For most of us supplements offer convenience. An example would be a post workout shake. Its easy to take right at the gym. Most of us don't have to to prepare a meal while our insulin sensitivity is still high.
 
You can get ripped to shreads if you know how... :) yes i meant that without supplements.
 
Diet and training alone can definitely get you there without anything else. Any supplements or anything else are just there to help accelerate and aid what you are already doing.

When it comes to supps and training, definitely, I'm always here. But when it comes to dieting I usually refer people to SuperQT or Cali
