How fast does hematocrit goes down after cycle ?

Gentlemen,
I've finished my 4th cycle (deca/test/var) and my hematocryt was high (55). And I even had sides from it (headaches, blues spots on skin)
I planned to to another good long cycle next year.

I know that next year it will be normal.

But now I want to blast again in 6 months. I am on TRT so recovery is not an issue. But what about hematocrit ? Will it be normal in 6 months ? How long does it take to go back to normal ?

Made some search and nobody talks about that. In the opinion of my doc, high hematocryt is linked with strokes and heart attack and is one of worst AAS side because it kills you if it goes too high. He also told me that some IFBB pros came to him to "bleed". Hematocryt is one of the reason why AAS cause High Blood Pressure.

High hematocryt is the side effect everyone forget.

go donate blood and that should get your hematocryt back down

Best way to deal with this... the day before you do a cycle give blood...then 2 weeks after your cycle ends give blood again. Min of 8 weeks inbetween.
I give blood every 10 weeks myself. Have for years as my count naturally sits about 53
During a cycle you can use GW or a baby aspirin.

Bump what's been said, I donate regularly as well. Hell the blood donation place almost knighted me cuz I told them I was donating "in case someone needed help someday"

I dont know how you can donate, here in switzerland every time I went donate they checked hemoglobin and hematocryt just before and it was higher from the norm so they refuse me as I could have a blood disease :/

if thats the case just ask for therapeutic bleeding

well if you cant afford to look after your health dont take steroids. thats my opinion
