100 yds or less please?
I just self timed some 40s (yes, I know, self timing isn't very accurate) and I was a lot slower than I expected
Of course I used to run with a friend of mine who I thought was pretty fast, but he was usually only one or 2 strides faster than me, so he's slower than I thought too.

Of course, maybe its because I'm self timing, clicking the button on the watch as I hit the finish, which means my reaction time is probably slowing it down some. If I hold the watch in my hand and double click it, the fastest time I can get is .156 and that doesn't even require reaction time.
