how does this diet sound

do you guys have a cheat day like once a week and eat whatever you want... eg pizza, maccas, choccolate etc...
 
i wouldnt do that. all it does is slow your progress
 
do i need carbs after a workout (say i finish gym about 6:30pm) i then have a protein whey shake with about 3g of carbs in it.
Or is carbs through out the day leading up to gym good enough?
 
i would put some carbs in there. if there are days you can hit the gym earlier i would do that.
 
vegetable carbs or does it need to be rice


really i think the best bet there is a whey shake low fat moderate carbs imediately post w/o then just green veggie carbs after that.
