how does this diet sound

on 3rd week of test/primo looking for lean gains.
wake up
CARDIO
Breakfeast - 3 eggs (1 yolk) on rye bread, Bowl of weetbix
Morning tea - Blend of (protein, soy milk, bannana, oats, yoghurt)
Lunch - boilded rice with chicken and veges or 2 sandwiches
Arvo - apple, pear, almonds/walnuts, protien bar, protein shake, cottage cheese
WEIGHTS
Protein shake
dinner - chicken, meat or fish with vegetables or soup. carrot/celery juice
before bed - protein shake if hungry
 
doesnt look like a very good diet...how much do you weigh?
id drop apple pear carrot celery juice yogurt banana
stick to lean meats and complex carbs only

Morning tea - Blend of (protein, soy milk, bannana, oats, yoghurt) whey protein and oats, drop the soy milk its verry bad
Lunch - boilded rice with chicken and veges or 2 sandwiches not bad
Arvo - apple, pear, almonds/walnuts, protien bar, protein shake, cottage cheese do the whey and oats again here or eat a balanced meal
WEIGHTS
Protein shake good
dinner - chicken, meat or fish with vegetables or soup. carrot/celery juice drop the juice and soup
before bed - protein shake if hungry do this always with casein and whey

this is horrid. why are you on cycle with this diet? my suggestions are above. also throw in some nuts, fruits, and milk between day meals.
 
fruit is garbage
stick to complex carbs only
any green veggies
healthy fats nuts etc..
 
hayes no offence but fruit is verry good and simple carbs most definately have a place in an athletes diet.
 
fruit is garbage..especially if your trying to stay lean..you want to be puffy and watery? eat them up
 
how much of nuts can i have per day say a handful?
also what milk is the best if not soy?
brown pasta or white pasta or dont matter?
stop carbs after afternoon tea?
 
i would eat a handful a few times per day. i would eat a bananna pre w/o and an apple later in the afternoon. wkole milk, i would go with brown if your going to use pasta but i think oats or sweat taters would be a better choice. stop carbs 4 hours before bed if you can.
