bebe- I think thats a very good question...one that Iam dealing with now...some ZEN; there is no more self-contradictory concept than that of "idle thoughts".
what gives rise to the perception of a whole world, can hardly be called idle.
every thought you have contributes to truth or to illusion;
either it extends the truth or it multiplies illusions.
I have found that "TIME" is the best answer really...and during this-you discover alot about yourself-if you are smart...do not take on too many distractions, just enough to keep healthy both mentally and physically....but the thoughts and their severity will diminish and fade with "TIME"....the intensity that they are at now wont last....good post...Karma to you...
