I was wondering about training hamstrings
a buddy of mine said he had to have surgery because his quads got so big versus his hamstring and the strength was so different that he ended up tearing a muscle in his legs
I don’t want the same thing to happen to me
how do you make sure that your hamstrings are kept strong and kept worked out versus your quadriceps
do you think that normal squats will do the job or should I add in things like leg curls and lunges?
