Do you still hit it hard and intense or kick back and take it easy to recover? I know thats kinda of broad but you get the idea. We see alot of postwhat to take to recover but not so many post on how to train to keep our size and strength. Heck, even throw in your pct diet if you like. I would appreciate it and I know there are alot of others that could use the info. Thanks
