How do you guys take your Glutamine?

All by it self apart from MRP's, Protein Shakes, Creatine or mixed with one of the above?

Also what type do you prefer to use, L-Glutamine or Glutamine Peptides?
 
You don't have to use Glutamine in your protein shakes, take this before the shake, right after your workout.
 
Glutamine Peptides are far superior i've compared the two, and this is what i think. And studies show it's 3 times more effective. Glutamine peptides you can take whenever you want, the L-glutamine plain you need to take on empty stomach.

Ouch! You are wasting about 15 gms of glut bro. Instead take 20 gms spread out over the day in 2-5 gm incriments on an empty stomach.
 
I try and take 5 grams pre and another 5 grams post with carbs. I'll increase to 15 grams post after my cycle.
 
L-Glutamine

And I always take it post work out, with what ever else I may be taking, Most important is to get the glutamine back in your system. I feel it helps me recover even on gear,
