How do you guys post cycle train?

I just got off a 12 week cycle and put on about 20 lbs of good muscle. I'm tring to keep all I can but, I know I should be training a little differently now that I'm off.
I plan to start a cutting cycle in the middle of January so my goals are to burn fat and maintain what I've gained until the cycle begins.
So what do you guys think, how do you train while off a cycle?

Cut carbs

and increase cardio by 1 day a week but weigh routine changes to tradition pryamid lifting whereby when I am bulking I do reverse pyramid training ( I go heavy on the first set of six reps, then a little lighter on the second for 7 reps, then lighter still on the last for 7 - 8 reps).

good question.

soem say take a week off after the half lives of the injectables are out of your system.

then when you go back, only do HIT training, very brief just to maintain things.

look at as time off for good beahaviuor. the mucle wont disapear, you'll lose a little, but just take it easy for a month then when your test levels normalize, start puching yourself alittle more.

Dude, you don't want to start dieting! From everything I've read, you want to keep the calories up and the weights heavy so that way you don't lose it. Of course, I can't say for sure, since I'm in the second week of my first cycle, but that's what I've read. There's also the wonderful option of bridging.

I know very little about bodybuilding, cycles, or gear...but if I were going to make any suggestions, from what I have researched it would be as follows:

Try and go to short esters before you come off
Your first full week off...should be your heaviest in the gym
Your 2nd week off should be totally different than your others, pick different exercixes and totally change your routine.
Change your reps
Go lighter for the first few weeks off (except for the 1st week)

Like I said, I really don't have experience, but this is a solid theory.

If you want more details....just email me and I'll help you with a workout design.
