how do you guys eat on non-training days?

The only difference in my diet is NO dextrose (which I usually take post w/o).


Is this how it should be?
 
I tend to lower my overall carb intake (and replace with protein or fats) on non-training days because I don't need as much energy.

normaly i have one non training day per week so the pwshake is usually a cheat meal and then another cheat meal in the week somewhere (or a cheat day)
right now i'm preparing for combat in 3 weeks so i'm going hardcore on my diet, no cheats for 3 weeks, the fight falls on my birthday so afterwards i am going out to eat !!! :-D
 
I tend to lower carbs and overall calories on non training days. Especially on Sunday, because no training on previous day.
I'm bulking, and it seems to have kept fat accumulation lower than last bulk. Mr.X has a plan where u cycle cals and macro ratios for on and off days when bulking. I may move to that eventually.
