How do you get six pac?

This has probably been discust alot of times by now. But 1 more wont hurt :D

Anyway, I know. Six pack can be achieve in the kitchen or by what you eat. But I also know that working out will help.

What routine are good to work out the abs? I want my abs to be big as possible!(six-pac) Can anyone please give me a link or explained how to work my abs out! Thanks in Advance!
 
Try sitting ona declined bench, a plate on your chest (whatever you feel is heavy enough) and sit up fully. Then, lower yourself half way down, hold for four seconds, and rise back up. Never go back half way down. Do this for as many reps as you can, then rest and repeat. You can also try vaccumes, and conventional crunches on the floor. Just be consistent, nothing more.
 
Go to your local liquor store.

























By all honesty, train your abs, but watch what you eat. Fat is the number one reason why people cannot see their abdominal wall.

haha....diet, cardio, training, dicipline and patience will get you a 6 pack. The main thing is just to get your body fat low enough to see your abs, doing rediculous abdominal workouts wont do much of anything unless you can already see them.

It's all about have a low enough bodyfat, as for training I do abs twice a week for no longer than 2-3 mins.

So what ur saying is...if i can put two plates on my chest and do decline situps i have big abs...or maybe i am just a fat ass...

Hmmm...one day....
 
If you can do that AND are a fat ass, then you have strong abs and good stability.

No one's abs are going to get THAT big like biceps can. Like, an individuals biceps will differ in size, while everyone's stomach (GENERALLY) will all be the same, and inch or so difference. Get it? Good.
