How do you eat your tuna???

Seriously, just curious how you guys eat your tuna!! Do you prepare it with mayo, or eat it straight?
 
Sometimes I eat a sandwich, usually it's a slice of cheese, tbsp of hot salsa and tuna in a low carb wrap. Used to eat it mixed with chick peas and mayo but got sick of that after two years. :D

I was eating it right outta the can but yesterday SC told me I can use mayo!
 
Either with fat free miracle whip on lite wheat bread, or in a spinach salad... nothing special here...
 
Tiny Bit Lowfat Mayo (or Fat Free) + Jalapeno Sauce + Lowcarb Jalapeno Cheese Tortilla and nuke for 20 secs. For some reason I like tuna a hell of alot better if its a little warm.
 
I mix mine with a little mayo and honey mustard and spread it onto raw pieces of yellow, orange or red peppers!
 
SC, I tried the mayo and hot sauce today. It was awesome! I also put some cottage cheese on top because I didn't want to waste two dishes lol. It actually ended up mixing and tasted great.

Yea, but good for the jaws. I if you do 3 sets of chomping on the can, it can greatly increase your jawline and jawstrength!! :chomp:
 
I like tuna mixed with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and chopped raw veggies like cucumber, peppers, etc...

Also with salsa is good....I tried it & it was great!!
 
Tuna.......yummy i just love mixing it with some Mayo, boiled egg whites,and sweet relish pickles!

i just eat it straight from the can where it is already mixed with sunflower oil. when it is in brine it is particularly bland but we got to eat it anyway.

Starkist now makes those tuna pouches - since they came out with them i haven't opened a can since! They make different flavors, but only two of them are really good - Hickory Smoked & Sweet & Spicy.

I mix the hickory smoked flavor with my brown rice and some Marie's Feta Cheese Dressing - damn good stuff!

I mix one sweet and spicy pack with one regular tuna pack. YUM YUM!
 
Use fat free mayo! I love my fat free miracle whip, its MUCH better than the regular stuff (15 calories per serving is pretty good as compared to 100 calories per serving!)
 
1 can of Tuna, ix with 1/2 cup of water, blend, cool it in the fridge then drink. make sure you have some diet coke ready to get rid of the taste and any tuna not blended properly.

old thread but I like my tuna straight from the can.

To add more cals i like to mix tuna with mayo and then spread it on top of ww bread and eat it open faced. Add 2 cups of milk, along with the can of tuna being in oil (extra cals), and you have 1000 calorie high protein snack! If you are trying to cut i wouldnt get the one with oil, and i wouldnt mix with tuna, in fact id jus eat it from the can.
 
Cutting: Valentina black label hot sauce, and/or yellow mustard. Yeah yeah a ton of salt I know.

Bulking: With lots of chickpeas and some plain yogurt ( I like it better than mayo), maybe some sriracha to kick things up a notch.
