Just wanted some feedback. How do you achieve 6000 calories (clean) a day. Tell me your diets and what you do. when I start bulking again I want some Ideas..THanks. :Chef:

Eat a highly calorie dense diet. Your choices should be from calorie density rather than nutrient density. You will still get plenty of nutrients due to the amount of food you will be taking in. Things like beef, peanut butter, almond butter, etc. are examples of high calorie dense foods as compared to chicken. For example, 6oz. of beef will have 360 or so calories depending on the leaness, while 6 oz. of chicken will be more like 185.

Very true. My diet when I blew up to 226 at 5`8 and at 12% body fat was:

Meal 1: 100g oats, milk, 50g whey, banana
Meal 2: 2 wholewheat bagels, 400g cottage cheese, 50g nuts
Meal 3: Same as 2
Meal 4: 2 chicken wraps, banana, 50g nuts
Meal 5: 50g whey with milk, 50g oats, yogurt, peanut butter

I`d toss in vegs and salad somewhere too for health with vits and creatine, etc.
Doesnt look a lot but its 4500-5000 calories and even though I got a fast metabolism i gained few lb of body fat so i wont be exceeding 4300 again.

That really doesnt look like alot of food but its probably calorie dense like the abouve post. Since Ive started lifting I have had the biggest appetite ever...this cutter Im doin sux cuz i cant eat like a fat lard!
