How do you do -your- low carb?

I would just like to hear from real ppl like you guys on what has worked in the past to shed fat with minimal muscle loss.

Im not too sure if Full Ketogenic Diet is like atkins or something like that.
I do the carb up weekend like one in that I only eat complex for PWO meal 1 and 2. I carb up only on a cheat day which is once a week, sometimes every two weeeks.
 
Hmmm.... I do neither! I eat depending on what I am doing that day. I base my carbs around my workout and for the rest of the day it is protein/fat meals!
On off days it is mainly P/F meals with a small amount of carbs!
 
^ thats exaclty what I do too. Although its very convenient and flexible, and we all know that if anything is too easy or too good to be true its probably not real.

Kind of like the pizza and cigarettes are good yet bad.

I only eat carbs for breakfast, pre wkout, and post workout.
The rest of the meals are fat/protein.

My standard diet is low-moderate mostly complex carbs, good fats and moderate to high prot. When I want to drop a few pounds (5-8) quickly, I'll go South Beach for 14-21 days. This all changes during winter when I'm training to get bigger...I'm not as strick then and allow myself more cheat foods.
