What makes a "high intensity" workout "intense"? What are the things that indicate that you have reached your target level of intensity? Short of breath?
**nope cardio/circuit training ect.. can do that doesn't mean its intense
Heaving?
**no lets not get carried away you don't need to aim to puke every workout besides not everyone has a weak stomach
Light-headed?
**No, hold your breathe and get dehydrated those will get you light headed too still not an intense workout
Muscle failure?
** almost but not really, you can have a bad day or really not be all that into and still end up with muscle failure where you can't lift any further
Muscle soreness?
** nope
