i eat them on sandwiches and hamburgers all the time. put them in the pan and break the yolk and let it all cook. always need cheese melted on top of it too/. but im about to just start putting them in my shakes
I just boil all of mine. Makes it easier to eat them on the go. The taste gets old after awhile but o well. Eggs are like my main source of protein so i eat like a dozen and a half a day.
I always eat turkey bacon, eggs(7 whites, 2 yolks) and oatmeal for breakfast. I either cook the eggs scrambled and add in red/green peppers/ onions and hot sauce or I mix my eggs and oatmeal in a blender with 1/4 cup blueberries and make blueberry pancakes with the mix. Either way I'm still getting my eggs / oatmeal in.
