How do you build massive bouncer / bodyguard arms? Tree trunks hanging of shoulders

Straight Barbell curls... i did 5x5 with these and i gained almost 2 inches within two monthes, then about a 1/8 an inch every month after that. I almost stopped doing bis altogether now... i just emphasize on triceps for arms.

these guys are geneticaly gifted. some peoples legs grow better, some chest and some arms. thats just the way it is. yes juice will help, but genetics have huge impact
 
The best route to big guns is the choice of exercises. A lot of people have sucky arms because the focus on things like triceps push downs and dumbell kick back for tris... or machine preacher curls for bis... and then they blow off forearms all together.

Stick with the basics:

Biceps -

Standing barbell curl
Dumbell concentration curl
Incline dumbell curl
Preacher curl
Scot curls for bracs

Tris -
Weighted dips
Skull Crushers
Close grip bench

...and always remember - HEAVY IS YOU FRIEND
 
honestly big forearms make for bigger looking arms... also triceps are the bigger muscle and that is what makes a big arm look big in a shirt.
 
Maybe its genetics but my arms were 18 1/2 without juice, but then again when i was a freshman in HS i had 14" without even training. When I did start training i did straight bar, concentration and standing dumbell and threw in some hammers once and awhile. for tris i did skullcrushers, kickbacks and pulldowns. I always thought i grew well because i made sure my form was good and i never cheated by arching or jumping the weight up. I'm getting close to 19" now.
