Don't need to get in a confrontation, if you already have a new pcp linded up, call his office say your switching pcp's and you need your med records sent over. No emotion involved if they ask why tell them none of your fuckin business and don't call me for a follow up. If they give you attitude which I doubt they will tell them to pound it in their ass. Enjoy your new PCP
