How do we know we got paid??

When i have won in the past from a Devestation thread i always get a PM telling me that Karma was donated to me from him.

I won yesterday from Foreverhung........how do we know how much he actually paid?

it will tell you the status of your bet, if it is still open, closed, or settled

When the bet is settled does the site automatically pay us or how does the bookie pay?

The bookie has to manually check the "settle bet" button. You can go to the bet you made and see if it has been selected as the winner.
