in between the brachialis (i think thats it) and the elbow right under the joint.

how do i stretch it? thanks

Touch your shoulder with your fingertips, palms facing you, then press down on your forearm? I feel something around my elbow when I do that, not sure if it's what you're looking for.

thats exact type of thing im looking for, except it hits the wrong side of my elbow...i wanna stretch the other side

ill just keep trying with what u said in different ways to hit the other side thanks

Back of the forarm? If your arm are out at your sides, and palm is facingdown, would it be the top of your arm? That would be the brachioradialis. To stretch you need to lock out your elbow at your side, make a fist like you are holding a hammer, and flex your lower forarm hard.
You can rotate your fist to hit different areas. The strecged muscle is on top of the arm in the photo.

I hope this helps

nice!

using you and tom i just stretched the entire area, thanks

I lock my elbow at my side like Sublime said with a bent over fist, but I then twist my palm outward while lifting my arm to a 90 degree angle. Basically the under side of your forearm ends up facing the ceiling while stretching it by bending that fist up. This was just one of the excercizes my A.R. T. doc has me do. I do both arms at the same time. Make sure to keep your head and neck straight.

I hope this targets where you're speaking of?
