how do i lose thigh fat?

I'm average for a guy, Not fat, not really skinny, but I have a grip of thigh fat, not attractive at all, I run atleast 1 mile 3 days a week, but I seem not to lose any of the fat, any tips?

Get on a cutting diet and get leaner. You might also want to try Yohimburn ES for some spot reduction.
 
you could up the cardio a bit, maybe 2 miles and also throw in some hiit.

YOHIMBURN ES is typically very effective in men with above average deposits of fat in the legs (this is indicative of high A2 adrenoceptor density- where yohimburn works best)
 
Thigh fat is very difficult to get rid off. You should do the right kind of exercise and eat the right diet.

I am going to assume that you are like most people and could stand to lose a few pounds. Your best bet is to keep your calories at 1500 per day and keep up the running. Your leg issue is probably where your body stores fat, thus, if you control the calories in, the body fat should start to come off that area.
 
you took daily morning race , atleast 4-5 KM and fast foods. take an enjoy with cycling daily as possible as.........
