How do I lose body fat about 15%? NEED HELP

How do I lose 15% Body Fat? What's the quickest and easiest way? What would I have to do Diet/Nutrition, Weight Training, Cardio, etc.

I would like to develop a six pack and beable to keep it. I want to have a muscular big not skinny and not big.. Medium frame. I would like to be very defined.

I have access to a gym(24hr fitness). I am able to go everyday for about 1 hour total time.

I also heard that Yoga was good. Would yoga be good for a male? What would I do to get myself into Yoga would I join a class? Would their be any young ladies in Yoga Classes? What benefits do you receive from Yoga?

I would like to be fit and healthy period.

If you have or experienced having a six pack. What are the reactions most people say when noticing that you have a six pack? Have you tried getting an 8pack? Was it hard getting an 8pack? What do girls think about it?
 
it's all in your diet if u want to have a six pack

So lets see what your stats are (age, height, weight, bf% etc)
And we can go from there

what are you eating right now too?

You'll need to follow a good weight trainnig and cardio program too.

Remember abs are made in the kitchen and not in the gym ;)

wow, bro, trust me you're doing it for all the wrong reasons. if you want attention, get a hooker - that's about as much as you would spend on food and supplements anyways, right? losing 15% bodyfat won't happen over night, not even a month - great work and dedication.

on to it: what are your current stats? level of activity? diet?
 
No, Didn't lose dedication yet.

Age - 16
Weight - 155
BF % = DOn't know I'm thinking around 20%

I've done diets and trainings on and off. I somehow can't seem to always get my diet strict. I'm on my moms on weekdays and im at my dads on weekends. Should i bring my food from my moms to my dads? Also I don't always have a ride to the gym. I plan on going 5AM mon-fri. SAT sun will be days off. So i plan on doing 3x 60min Medium intensity workouts a week. 2x HIIT cardio a week. and 5 day Weight Training. Would someone help me out on my plan. I was thinking i could do a 40/40/20 split?

I also ordered a recumbant bike for my house so when i dont go to the gym i can still excercise in my room.
