Dude you need to get your diet and exercise in order before you consider drugs to help you out. Your post just sounded really ignorant and that's why everyone is giving you a hard time. Give use some, stats, what your diets like, exercise, past cycles, etc... And for the love of god do some research too, we aren't here to hand everything to you on a silver platter, but we're certainly willing to help out.
Trying to get ripped the fastest is very unhealthy. So much better to take a little longer, but do it right.
Reduce calories, cardio, use T3, Clenbuterol, ECA, Yohambine.
I would not advice to use DHP, but it's just my personal opinion.
sorry about the ignorant comment....i am 5'10 185 pounds...i bench 255 i squat for reps 365...i don't have that much fat one me...but i wanna be really cut up....what is t3?.......i have been running like crazy but i truly don't see like a signifcant diffrence...i lift 4 days a week and dedicated to it...i am about 12% body fat what is the healthest way to cut to say 7%....i eat healthy and i try to cut out the carbs...i only eat it after a hard work out
get a couple of those big 10g things of DNP, mix with some hot water, yohimburn, and bubble bath. hop in the tub and just kick it with a cigar until youre completely fucking shredded. have a lot of antioxidants next to the tub, and remember quercetin. also, take eca and clen (rotated of course) every two hours, a line of meth every 3 hrs, and a huge line of cocaine every half an hour. have i forgotten anything?
