How do I develop my upper quad and outer thigh sweep?

My lower thigh, right above the knee is much more developed and cut than my middle and upper thigh. My physical therapist (from when I had surgery) called it hyperdeveloped compared to the rest of my quads.

Right now I do squats and deadlifts. What other exercises can I do? What kind of foot placement? I'm not worried about cuts at this point, just sheer mass.

I have no idea how to concentrate on my upper and outer quads, so dare I say it? I'm begging for advice.

I keep hearing about front squats but have never seen them. What is the technique and/or where can I see them demonstrated?

Same prob here bro...........dont go for front squats, try and do hack squats with leg extensions (legs close together)

No matter what anyone tells you it's all just genetics. If you want a greater "sweep" on the quads then just continue to work the quads without mercy. Squats are good yet work the hams and the glutes too hard to fully bring the quads to failure (for me anyway) start doing hack squats and leg presses at least 2-3 sets after squats. do some drop sets if you can or superset with leg extensions.
