How can I make my diet better?

Hey guys!

I'm dieting for four months, and I lost about 44 pounds so far and dropped my body fat from 33% to 15-16%.
Right now I'm about 171.6 pounds and I think I should lose 10-12 more pounds to drop my body fat to 10% before I can start bulking.
Now losing weight is going to be harder and I really want to lose that amount of pounds in about one month.

My basic metabolism rate should be about 1500-1700kcal and I can say I'm pretty active ( weight training 3-4 times weekly, cardio every day and I must walk a lot during the day ) so I think my daily calories should be about

Cal: 1500-1700*1.6 = 2400-2700 kcal

Now, I eat about 1600 kcal daily.. So the deficit is about 1000 kcal plus the cardio work.
I eat exactly 44% proteins, 41% carbs and 15% fat. Few days ago I started a carbo cycle.

Monday to Friday: 100g carbo, 35g fat ( just few g of saturated ) and 220g of proteins.

Saturday and Sunday: 25g fat, 180g proteins and 160-180g of carbo to fulfill muscles.

Supplements: I take 6 caps N2Flame daily, fish oils, cla+, bcaa ( to avoid cardio loss ). Nothing more for the diet, other supplements are just for muscle tissue.. Just ask if is important to know.

I eat carbo mostly during the morning, for the lunch and post workout. No more carbo after wo.
The problem is that belly fat is not going away like other fats did. There's something I can do to make my diet better?

I would increase your calories just a bit.. a 1000 calorie deficit per day is quite a lot. Add more protein and fat in your diet.. and on mon-friday.. cut your carbs to below 50 grams per day.. then saturday and sunday add 50-75 grams more of carbs.

probably burning LBM! time to switch things up,,,i start feeing fat n flat when I eat extremely clean too!

Can I handle something like 300g of proteins? Drop carbs to 50g would be really good for me.
I'll try to do some count and I'll tell you guys how I can fix the diet.

Anyway, nope.. I'm pretty sure I'm not burning my lean mass, on the other side it is going up a little. That's good I think!

Your protein amount is fine. Don't let anyone tell you different. Your body cannot use anymore than about 1.2g per pound MAX anyways. Any more than that is just over stressing the kidneys. Carbs are essential for bodybuilding, and are muscle sparing so I wouldn't go too low on them. Keep them at a moderate amount without going too high either. Keep fat low while carbs are higher. If your fat gets too high, your body will not use its own fat to burn for energy.

That seems more coherent with all I know about dieting.
So, my proteins intake would be the same all the week ( let's say.. about 200g ) so 800kcal are gone.
During low carbo days I'm gonna eat 80-100g so I can eat about 30-40g of fat ( I like to not go over 30 ).
During high carbo I'm gonna eat 160g of carbo and 20g of fat.

What do you think about?
