I've never understood how people can just "put it in". My ex is the only person I've ever done anal with, but man it always took time and patience to get it in initially. And even after it was all in I had to take it slow and easy for awhile to let her get used to it. If I would have ever just tried to put it in I would have broken my dick in half, not to mention killer her in the process.

You gotta do it slowly & take your time..... a few drinks doesn't hurt + lots of lube....
One thing that helps is, once you get it in, stop & just be still while still in..... it helps to get her used to your dick being in there & gives it some time for the pain to stop....
But the idea of building up to it with fingers, etc is a good one -- you can't just go from nothing in the ass to a dick without some prep work....
