4 inches on your thighs in 2 months!! That's atleast equal to a growth of 40 pounds bodyweight. I smell a little BS, 4 inches on the quads in 2 months is unheard of.
28.5" HEE I M (6 2" @ 250lbs 8%bf ) and that was some mad work to get them up there trainin super heavy twice a week including front squat hack leg press . Too that guy how said he blew them by 4 inches man I wanna see how you did that unless you got a lot of cottage cheese down there
Mine are 25, and I've done some serious lifting lately. And it's working because I've got some sweet stretch marks on the inside and back of my thighs. Not good to look at, but good to know that they're growing.
