How Big are You Guys???

i'm `round 6'3'' and 260. and mostly, i feel like shit. i'm not dripping fat, but i don't have a wasp waist either. how do you fellas typically feel when on and about 20-40 lbs. heavier than you probably should be?
 
I'm about 5'7 1/2" with a small frame. Was 200 a couple weeks ago, dropped down to 192. Goal is 165-170 super lean in 12-16 weeks.
 
Right now 6' tall at about 240 and 12%. I am on a cutter right now, and hoping to hit single digit b.f. at 225-230 lbs. I won't hold my breath though. It always seems like I start losing muscle too quickly then I freak out and go back on a bulker.

oh i have no drama being 50lbs lighter than the rest of the board - bottom line is, i like what i see in the mirror (its quite michealangeloish these days :) which is what i always wanted, and also, when i take my shirt off, the pretty girls eye me out

me = in a good place :)

I went and had a look...1 inch shorter than me, 15 lbs heavier, similar bodyfat %. Makes sense to me, Im not sure what you are getting at?
 
6'5'' 253..9-10% im guessing? maybe a little bloated 14 weeks in test/eq/npp ran heavy AI throughout

i think he's saying your not 9% bf. ur avi doesnt really show your body. t-shirt and one bicept arent enough.
 
i got a back shot in my profile. i'm only really after a rugged looking back side....going for the mountain range look....
 
how do you guys feel being much heavier, having more stress on your body from the extra weight? your joints, etc???
 
Just finished my bulker.. I'm 6 ft. and 254. Bodyfat is probably 20-22% but i'll get down to 12-15 in no time. I'm posting pics very soon.

I love feeling huge i dont prefer the cut look makes me feel powerful. maybe im sick i just like to lift big and get srength. if i look to big i just cut back im 6ft 2in 290 i got up to 310 and looked like a bloated turd so i upped the adex and cardio got it under control. as far as my joints i never had a problem.

oh, meh, maybe closer to 10-11-12, whatever, abs all showing unflexed. Anyway I never claimed to be huge. Plats have easy access to my training thread.
 
6'6" 280 lbs. Lean - not shredded. Off cycle. Trying to bulk up to the 309+ weight class by June. Between injuries, and the flu it's looking like I'll be lucky to hit 300. I've been over 330 in the past. I loved training at that weight (monster strength and pumps), but outside the gym life was uncomfortable. It sucks to get winded tying your shoes.
 
jesus im tiny compared to u fellas.... 5'6 155-160lbs...<8% bf... what I get for only lifting my own body weight :-\ bench is at 250, not bad for my size?
 
6'5" 285......4 weeks into PCT I'll start a cutter in April that will hopefully leave me around 280 pretty shredded.
 
I am 5'8", 195lbs, and 8% BF. I don't think I have ever been over 15% and was down around 2% to 3% a couple years ago and weight was 170. Tend to keep it around 195 to 185 at 10%.
 
6'0 215. I'm by no means anywhere near big, but I have been up to 235 before when on and was not doing cardio at the time. I felt sluggish as hell. I think the most I'd ever want would be at lean 240 while still being able to run say 3 miles or so without dying.

I was 262 at one time. I was so fuckin strong! 640 for 6-8 Squats, 405 inclines for sets, 325 BHN press for 6...I had to exhale to tie my shoes though. Besides when training it sucked.

i'm at a comfy 228 right now... trying to break through 230 on my way to 240/250.

when i first got up around 220 i felt slow and wasn't used to the weight yet, a few months after i'm ok, I think my body has reach a homeostasis at this weight... sure i'm not as quick as I was at 180 but that's to be expected.

6' with socks on.

I do find I sweat a helluva lot more in certain situations. Like in a suit, on christmas eve in church. I was sitting there sweating my ass off. Not stimulant induced either.

To answer the question you asked me about how I do body fat testing because your PM box is full. I use a nine site with Lang Medical calipers and my gf takes it. She is a dietician and worked for Beverly International for years as well. She is also a National competitor like myself...actually better than me and she is 54! look at my gallery.

6'1 205lbs, 11%bf..... Currently on test prop,npp,winstrol, anavar. only 3 weeks in and i have gained 15 pounds and dropped a percent in bodyfat thus far. 6 more weeks to go.

i would say my body type is similar to cauliflower.

6'0 tall and 265lbs. Leaning up a bit here over the next 10 weeks! gonna get my ass on that bike, sweat out some cardio!lol. i always feel better when i'm doing at least 2-3 cardio sessions a week, but its been a few months since i've even done cardio. but i'm not a fat ass!

Cauliflower? white and lumpy? I guess mine is more like a muscular eggplant.

About three years ago I used weigh a very strong but very fat 230lbs.

Iam considerably stronger and leaner now.
 
5'10" 280. I feel like Quad did at 260's. Very strong, but not that comfortable in street clothes. Cant find jeans that fit my legs but arent 6 inches too big on my waist. All my work pants/suits are custom made. Usually wear slip-on shoes or have my gf tie them for me. Bit of a GH gut at the moment. Upper abs are usually protruding and bloated. Nothing like Ronnie though of course. Right now chest is 54, arms, 22.5, quads 31, waist 36-37.

At 6'5" I am most comfortable at about 270 and 12% bf. At my age bulking more than that hurts my joints and getting too shredded hurts my joints.

i'm full of holes and scars tissue. i'm missing a lat and oblique. heavy SQ'ing & DL'ing really puts a lot of stress on my entire body, moreso than most others because of my imbalances. my hips especially, i can pop my right one almost every 10 minutes. least i think it's my hip....

How are you missing a lat and oblique? I am missing an ITB and some quad muscle, and some glute muscle and pelvic bone from gunshot wounds. (military). Doesn't really affect me but I don't really remember life before being wounded! (I'm old!)
 
I got straight up fat after getting back from thedesert this time. Getting ready to go again in a week or so so hopefully I'll get to around 185 10-12% at 5'8". I'm like 195 20% right now.

gsw's. they used those muscles to stabilize my 5th thoracic vert. that was shattered.
 
220, 5'11", around 11%, ecto/meso, 56 yrs. old.
Feel very good at this weight. Got down to 129 lbs due to bad stomach ulcers in my mid-40's. Looked like a concentration camp survivor. Muscle memory is a wonderful thing.
 
6'1 230 i feel good about this weight. knee problems have been keeping me from getting any bigger or leaner. this seems my most natural size right now
 
6', was 256 2 years ago, kinda bloated and overweight though. now 206. if i was 195 i would be shredded. i will be 200-205 before next month's cycle starts. i plan to be 210-220 w/ abs, very hard and vascular and jacked as shit by spring/summer.

Ummmm alright, so I'm 6'2in, about 185lbs, 5%bf ish.
49in+ chest, 28in waist. I've dropped a little weight somewhat recently due to a little less motivation and a damn good girlfriend that keeps me doing a bit more cardio than I should be doing :-D. I've gotten up to 197lbs but its so hard to maintain that kinda weight for me. F'ing blows to be an ectomorph most of the time. I'm back in my normal routine now, albeit we have more cardio/sex now than ever, and the diet and training are going great! I'm shooting for 205lbs this cycle guys, but we'll see!

I feel fine at 200-210 as long as I'm in shape. I've been as haeavy as 218 @ close to 10% and didn't feel that great. I was also as heavy as 220 @ 25% and felt like shit. BP was high, no energy, it sucked.
 
5'9 240 15%BF - goal is to be 225 @ 7%bf by summer
 
6'2"-ish (maybe 6'1.5") 210 lbs. BF probably around 12%. I'm comfortable. Never been much of a runner, so I can't run for shit. I used to ride bicycles alot when I was younger (I'm 34). I'd like to pick that up again for cardio.

My goal is to get to 230-240 at around 7-9% bodyfat and maintain that without killing myself in the gym to do it. Always been a (very) hard gainer, so that dream/goal may not ever happen, but I am still trying.
