how bick is your pecker in its flacid state?

just measured 2 seconds ago (how sad is that) with my measuring tape i use to progress my muscles and i got 4 inches from the top of the dick to the tip of the head.

Top of the dick to the tip of the head????

i guess i should have said base instead of "top." i used "top" because i didnt measure from the underside of the shaft which can yeild longer measures because the measuring tape can go behind the base of the shaft.
