Just start at 1mg for the first 2 weeks and increase by .5mg each week after that *untill* you have enough appetite suppression to help you stay in a calculated deficit. You might not need to take it all the way to 3mg weekly total. As for micro dosing, i have run single weekly injections through to twice a week and have also run every day injections and noticed no side effects for any approach but it is always individual dependent.
Now i know you wanna drop 30lbs but is there a time frame or can you do it smooth and steady? Dropping 30lbs rapidly isnt i good idea imo if you dont have to. You dont want to be a wet noodle after significant weight loss. The idea is to lose body fat, eat well and structured and still train hard so you have something to show underneath the fat loss.
