How bad will bread effect me loosing fat ?

Wholewheat bread,brown rice,WholeWheat Pasta? will effect me badly if i wanna get to waist 30,i dont wanna be shredded or nothing
 
I have recently cut out more carbs in general---but for the past 9 months, I have lost a ton of weight/fat/inches, and I had lots of brown rice, wheat bread, whole wheat crackers,whole wheat pasta ect. Of course, I had alot of protein as well. :)

Started with a 38 inch waist (WOW) Now down to almost 27 1/2---and JUST STARTED a low carb diet. I figure after I do a low carb for 3 months or so---basically by christmas, My waist could be at least 25.

The kinds of carbs you are eating are the right ones to take in, no question. As long as you don't go nuts with them and make sure you're calorie and protein intakes are proportional.
 
does this seem good?

AM-Cardio(EMPTY STOMACH)

(5:30am-6:00am)Meal1-5egg whites and 1wholewheat toast

workout out at 7pm-8pmish

Meal2-Protein Shake

Meal3-Chicken with veggies or a tuna sandwich with mayo and2slices wholewheat bred

meal4-Chicken breast with oats or veggies

meal5-some kid of protein
