The dork who has loaded up the bar on bench press and says he needs no spot, then he self unloads the bar. What I am saying have you seen the dude who loses control of the weights and they start sliding to one side and next thing you know, boom and they bar is going all over the place as the weights are hitting the floor.
How about the ones you have seen who have fell off the treadmill.
I seen a musclehead, so he thought he was, run into to the lat bar with his forehead and then acted like it did not happen, with that big hematoma on his forehead.
 
i seen that shit happen at this gym i used to go to,a lady on the treadmill was runnung and some how fell ,she hit the belt and it rolled her ass right off into the wall..........:(
 
I can't fucking believe I'm about to admit this. About three years ago (meaning I can't even use the excuse of being a newbie when it happened), I was doing skulls and forgot to put clamps on the ez bar. After about three reps, BOOM!! Down goes plate #1, followed immediately by plate #2 off the other side.

There's no actor in the world who could play that one off my friends. So I took my medicine from the other guys in the gym and tried to finish the rest of my workout. I decided to use weights that were kind of off in the corner of the gym for the rest of the night, but that was just a coincidence. :p
 
Our "dork" loaded up the bench press with too much weight and let the weights slide off not ONCE but THREE times! The first time it happened, the manager came in and told him to find a spot or use collars. Of course he didn't listen, and after the 3rd time, they kicked him out.
 
I have seen in happen with a big dude who thought he was strong and knew what he was doing. he loaded the bar for bench with a 45 and a 35 to start out, and his 3rd rep, the 35 of one side slid off and he was struggled to get the bar back on the bench. when he got up, he was so freaking red. everyone in the gym looked at him thinking, "what a dumb ass!"
