Yeah, I've been making progress in the gym. I was up to 230 but am now 220 and 7% or so I guess after 7 weeks of dieting. When I got sick, I lost about 30 pounds so I had to gain that back which sucked but it came back pretty fast I suppose. I'm taking one more year off school to train and be stupid and young and will compete next spring in the heavyweight division hopefully. We'll see. That answer the question? How about you? You lifting these days? Running? As for school, I think I'm just going to get my Master's in Astrophysics at the local university. That's where I'm at.
I want to know how shit is in Nugga Land though.
