Word, I feel like it would probably be similar to Nilgai meat (similar diet and activity level), in which its a bit harder to cook if you want to keep it fairly tender while preserving some taste, but the meat itself tasted GREAT! I threw a cookout and feed it to everyone and everyone was raving about how awesome my burgers tasted (with whole wheat buns and fresh organic tomatoes and lettuce, and a little ketchup and mustard)... I put a little all purpose seasoning rub into the meat but thats about it... some people (I fed 40 ppl) had a little stomach ache a little later (I think they got some meat that was a little undercooked) but they still loved the burger. (Them drinking quite a bit of beer probably didn't help much either)
