Have you ever tried sugar-free snacks like 50-50? They usually do it for me. They make chocolate wafers and peanuts and chocolate bars, and the servings are small, so if you just have ONE as soon as you get the craving, you won't eat the whole bag. My advice is DON'T AVOID, willpower is great, but too much willpower one day can lead to burying your face in a DQ banana split the next. I had a thread a while back on here about cherry pie. That had some good recipes on it for sugar free pie...

ummmmmm....cherry pie.....mmmmmumfmmmdmmd:p
I have a mad sweet tooth.:mad:

NOOOOOO Beer and Pizza, now THAT'S evil.

The two were put on this earth together to tempt us MS.

Much like a certain movie with both Jude Law AND Matt Damon. Just together to tempt us...

:lmao::P

If you're going to satisfy a craving use Diabetic Jam or Jelly or a spoonful of (drained) Adam's for the oil, chase it with flax seed oil (or have it before).....you'll get the nutrients from the nuts and satisfy the sweet craving without spiking your GI
